Training Future Researchers

Through teaching and training, the Institut Imagine fosters dual skills in science and medicine to accelerate research and the discovery of innovative treatments.

At Institut Imagine, sharing discoveries and knowledge has always been a mission in itself.

We have chosen to structure teaching and training into 4 axes, all based on a very competitive selection:

• MD-PhD Program
  It is open to young Doctors who have obtained a Master’s degree in research, so that they may complete their training through research by carrying out a Science PhD under the direction of an Imagine Scientist or Academic.
• International PhD Program
  It is open to the best students with a Master’s degree from a university outside France. They have access to a stimulating environment, ideal for training and career development.
• « Time for Research » Program
  This program is open to Doctors and Pharmacists working in hospital entities associated with the Institut Imagine so that they may devote part of their medical time to a research project. (The Insitut Imagine pays a financial compensation to the hospital to ensure business continuity by recruiting replacement practitioners).
• Bioentrepreneurs Master
  Created by the Institut Imagine in partnership with Université Paris Cité, HEC Paris, and Ecole polytechnique, this program combines training of young entrepreneurs with the acceleration of health-tech start-up projects. It is aimed at students of different profiles, Scientists, Doctors, Pharmacists, Engineers, or Managers, through a “learning by doing” approach.
